Modernizing Your Banking Experience


To prepare for banking modernization, in November of 2023, we began a project to change all Credit Union Share Accounts to our standard Share Account service packages.


These changes impacted less than 3% of our members and we worked directly with any impacted members to minimize service disruptions.   

Effective May 1, 2024, we will begin updating Spending Accounts (previously referred to as Chequing Accounts) to ensure they are set up on the current standard service packages first introduced in 2017 and updated in 2021.
